Yoga


1. Before starting this Yogic Asanas (Physical exercises) and Pranayaam (Breathing exercises), ensure a time gap of atleast 4-5 hours since you have taken your breakfast or lunch. Practicing early morning when you are fresh and stomach clean, these exercises have their best results on body and mind.


2. These Yogic exercises, if religiously practiced for at least one hour daily, assure that you will live disease free. In other words, you will serve till end instead of being served.

3. After few days of practicing these Yogic exercises, you start feeling extremely light, delighted, calm, very effective and efficient mentally as if each and every cell in your body has got abundant energies and your mind has been poured with abundant sensitivities.

4. These Yogic exercises, if religiously practiced for atleast one hour daily, clear all blockages in your body and ensure uninterrupted flow of blood in the arteries. When we inhale, we intake oxygen plus life energy and when we exhale, we remove carbon-di-oxide plus toxins। In other words, breathing exercises provide oxygen to the cells, rejuvenate them, and take away toxic waste. It regulates digestion, assimilation and elimination. It is breath that keeps you alive. Nobody has died while breathing. Life and death is in God's hands but let us not hasten our end by neglecting the breath and its powers.
